All I want is justice for my sick boy who was lured with sugarcane and raped

A Busia man is alleged to have raped a 14-year-old boy whom he reportedly lured with sugarcane.
The boy, who is sickly and epileptic, is said to have complained of pain in his private parts.
Speaking to The Nairobian, his mother, Everlyn Auma, said that on the fateful day, she left the boy playing at home and went to work.

Upon returning home, she claims, she found the boy in pain. The boy reportedly told her that he was sodomised by a neighbour who lured him to a sugarcane plantation.
Auma is said to have sought further information from her son’s friends, who told her that the man, only known as Wafula, drove her son to the sugarcane plantation.
“My son is epileptic and does not attend school. On March 8, I returned home in the evening and found him in pain. He told me that Wafula had repeatedly sodomised him” said Ayuma.
“He said Wafula tricked him to go to the plantation and lied that he was going to give him sugarcane. He held him to the ground and gagged him with rags as he repeatedly sodomised him. He warned him not to tell anyone or else he would kill him,” she claimed.
Wafula is alleged to have fled after the crime.
